Many Americans battle their weight daily, and no matter how many different regimens of diet and exercise they have tried, the pounds simply do not disappear. Dr. Rebbeca Cipriano of A Better You Weight Management Centers is trying to help those who are frustrated with their inability to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Cipriano is a Board Certified medical doctor who has been in private practice for over a decade and has earned her Masters Degree in clinical nutrition.
A Better You offers each of its clients a personalized program designed to help shed pounds and keep them off…for life. After an initial consultation, followed by clearance from the client’s primary care physician, Dr. Cipriano and her trained staff will construct a completely customized program based on an individual’s needs and goals. Patients receive an exercise plan, healthy food choice plan, necessary dietary supplements, sample menus, a food journal, and more. Each week a nutritionist meets with patients to review their progress from the previous week, and then makes alterations to the food and exercise plan as needed.
“We provide individual attention with a personalized weight loss program,” says Dr. Cipriano. “There are no pre-packaged foods, shakes, or counting calories and patients can enjoy dining out. Many of our patients are losing up to 20 pounds the first month. We are having great success with weight loss and keeping the weight off.”
The program instructs patients how to prepare healthier meals, pick out more beneficial foods at the supermarket, and change eating habits to a focus on nutritious fresh foods. The staff nutritionist will also provide advice on how to make healthy choices when dining out.
Patients who achieve their goal weight while enrolled in the program may continue with one of the program’s free lifetime maintenance plans. The staff will review these selections when the program is completed.
“Patients can expect personalized guidance, support, and motivation to achieve their weight loss goals,” says Dr. Cipriano. This sounds like a perfect philosophy for adopting habits to ensure a longer and healthier life.
