Spend Labor Day weekend soaking up history, listening to great jazz and sipping New Jersey wine. Come  on outside, with The Garden State Wine Growers Association (GSWGA), a member organization of 34  wineries located across the state. The Festival will feature hundreds of award-winning New Jersey wines  and an array of great food. Artisan vendors and crafters will be selling hand made products, wine related items and other quality goods. There will be kids’ activities including arts & crafts, face painting and  games. The event will also be a culinary feast! There will be tons of Guinness and fresh oysters, plus Red Bank’s  favorite restaurants will be serving a variety of specialty menu items. It will be a huge food and music festival which will showcase Red Bank’s excellent  restaurants as well as entertain thousands with great, live music! It will also be a family friendly event with  lots of activities for the kids. The festival is a fundraiser for the Booker Cancer Center at Riverview, the  Cancer Institute of NJ and the Red Bank River Center. Admission is $5.00 for anyone over 13.

The mob that puts the mock in democracy, Capitol Steps are a musical sketch comedy troupe of current and former Congressional staffers. Taking a  humorous look at serious issues, they use personalities on Capitol Hill, in the Oval Office and worldwide to supply the fodder for a nationwide laugh at our own political system.
