As a member of Freedom Boat Club, you have unlimited access to boating. Our members make a reservation, pick up the keys to their boat, enjoy a day of fun on the water, and then just drop off the boat and keys at the end of their day and they're off!
What was the motivating factor for the launch of your business?
We loved boating, and we tried Freedom Boat Club and loved it and wanted to be a part of it and offer memberships to others.
What sets you apart from your competitors?
We are the largest boat club on the East Coast, with 60 locations and over 1000 boats.
What might a client feel stands out about your business that would make them refer you to family or friends?
I would like my customers to tell their friends and family that Freedom Boat Club "truly takes the hassle out of boating."
How has your business changed over the last decade?
The number of locations has grown to 60, with over 1000 boats in the chain; and the services we offer.
What do you want a potential customer to know about what they will experience or take away if they decide to use your service?
After a day on the water as a Freedom Boat Club member, they will realize what a great experience and what a relaxing day they had! They will look forward to their next day of boating with Freedom Boat Club.
What aspect of your business most inspired you to take this direction?
We loved boating but hated the work and hidden expenses involved with owning a boat.
Are there new programs your company is offering to help with customers hurt by the economy?
We have membership plans to fit everyone's needs and budget with special in-house finance options also available throughout the year.
Are there any things you would point to that our readers should know about your business?
Each year we strive to open new locations, add new boats, and make the experience of being a Freedom Boat Club member more enjoyable for our members.
