Company Overview:

At our salon we are not only interested in the latest trends, but rather we are intent on creating and enhancing a natural classic beauty that is timeless. The owner, Linda, ensures that salon standards are set very high, employing a most talented staff  that exceeds all expectations. We are driven to make your visit a feel good and look good experience. In our salon you will find the latest in technology in styling products, chemical treatments, and the most advanced color with the longest longevity in the industry. We constantly seek the newest, most advanced techniques for our clients so they can become addicted to being happy, relaxed, and satisfied.
What was the motivating factor for the launch of your company?

I am absolutely passionate about what I do. I have worked in this industry for over 16 years and I’ve been privileged to host a terrific clientele from the Monmouth County area. I have always dreamed of owning my own salon because I wanted to  cater to wonderful clients. I looked for a very long time until I found a space that embodied my creative vision and that afforded me the opportunity to select a top-tier staff who shared my views.

What sets your company apart from your competitors?

I have found that a lot of salons in the area are physically beautiful establishments, but when it comes to the technical ability, it’s just not there. Also, our customer service level is second to none, and that’s a big thing for me. It must always be about  the clients and providing the best customer service. It goes back to the fact that this salon is my dream, and I am here 7 days a week. Our stylists also believe that a great haircut should not only look amazing but be easy to recreate at home.

What would someone giving a referral about your company say?

They’d say that they received the best haircut and color of their lives, and that they felt pampered and taken care of during their experience at the salon.
Which industry leader would you like to meet and why?

I consider my clients to be my industry leaders. I truly value the wonderful relationships that I have with them; they are like my second family. They communicate the look that they want, and I have to be able to accommodate them. Ultimately my clients  are the ones who represent the work of my staff and the Salon Belladonna name. If they aren’t happy then my business won’t succeed. It is my mission to provide the best service and up-to-date hair artistry in the industry.
