How does your facility stay current with new advances in your field?
I have been a member of the American College of Phlebology since 1987, and our annual week long symposiums keep me abreast of the latest developments.
What might a patient feel stands out about your facility that would make them recommend you to family or friends?
I am an expert in treating vein disease; I have 20 years experience in treating these disorders. Also, our staff is very attentive.
What would a referral say about your practice?
Patients come to me after other doctors are unable to help them. I have treated over 27,000 patients.
What was the motivating factor for the launch of your practice?
In 1987, I realized varicose veins were universally mistreated with old techniques.
What aspect of your profession most inspired you to take this direction?
I wanted to relieve my patients of pain, and give them back mobility as well as self-esteem.
Are there new programs your practice is offering to help with patients hurt by the economy?
We are very reasonably priced.
How has your specialty changed over the last decade?
There are new medications for sclerotherapy (spider veins) being used in treatment. State of the art treatments are now available for varicose veins which make leg stripping obsolete. There are also new treatments for facial rejuvenation and body contouring.
