Owner Joanne Becker says, "Clients begin to lose inches within 4 to 6 weeks of becoming a member. Combining a proper diet with the 30-minute exercise program is sure to yield positive results.
Here's the breakdown - warm-up: 3 minutes; combined cardio exercise and strength training: 20 minutes; cool down: 3 minutes; finish the session off with 4 minutes of stretching and that rounds out the half hour. The circuit-based workout utilizes 13 pieces of equipment and a stretching machine. It's a program that allows you to have fun without taking up a lot of your time. There are no set class schedules, so drop in anytime, at your convenience. You deserve membership and the doors will be open to you for a workout at any of Curves' 10,000 locations worldwide.
