www.designersourceinc.comMouldings and trim date back to before the second millennium BC, and have become increasingly popular throughout history. As the industrial revolution made its way from Europe to the United States, mass production and availability of the ornamental product has become extremely popular, providing consumers and builders with a resource for that “old-world feel.”
The people at Designer Source pride themselves on being the “one-stop shop” for mouldings, trim materials, and design applications. The business started out of the garage of co-owner Laura Beglin, and has grown to a warehouse of 15,000 square feet. Beglin says her business is her passion. “I started out 20 years ago and I was the only one around…I started it out of a labor of love.”
Designer Source does the work so you don’t have to…from various types of mouldings to columns, interior and exterior doors, mantels, stair brackets, ceiling medallions, corbels, appliqués, domes, niches, and anything else you can dream up…it’s all here. And if it’s not, “If you need it, we’ll find it!” They know where to locate the hard-to-find products.
The showroom houses 10 vignettes, pulled together from a range of materials and brands they carry. These include, but are not limited to: White River®, Century, Fypon, Bendix, Column & Post, Emtek, Focal Point, Pearlworks. Designer Source is an authorized distributor for these manufacturers and many more.
The experienced, trained staff is always on hand to help, and they also work with the trade. Many items are in stock and can be delivered the same day, and custom items can often be delivered within a few days. Professional installation is also available. Designer Source invites you to visit them today to take advantage of the savings they can offer you and to give your home that personal touch!
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm; Saturday, 9 am – 1 pm; appointments are strongly
