Dr. Anthony Lombardi is the founding surgeon of the Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Center in Eatontown. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery and Plastic Surgery and has received highly specialized training in all aspects of cosmetic surgery. The Lombardi Plastic Surgery Center is unique in that it combines a board-certified plastic surgeon along with board-certified Physician Assistants with diverse backgrounds, trained in all advanced techniques in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. A Physician Assistant (PA) is a health professional licensed to practice medicine in collaboration with a physician.
Nationally, PAs are now delivering a broad range of medical and surgical services. As highly skilled professionals educated to use the same medical procedures as their physician counterparts, PAs take medical histories, perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret diagnostic testing, perform surgical procedures and prescribe medications. Physician Assistants practice in virtually every medical specialty from family medicine to surgery. PAs Nilla DeFazio and Jessica Henderson complete this practice by offering skills in the cosmetic field that parallel Dr. Lombardi himself.
The practice takes pride in providing an exceptional level of care and personal attention to each of their patients. Nilla DeFazio, PA-C
Nilla DeFazio works closely with Dr. Lombardi at The Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center in order to provide the most comprehensive state of the art services to her patients. She has a special interest in facial interventions and continues to stay abreast of the latest procedures and treatments to make these services available to her patients.

• Degree in Chemistry and Biology from Montclair University.
• PA degree from a combined program from Seton Hall University and The University of Medicine and Dentistry.
• Completed medical - surgical training at St. Michael’s Medical Center and St. Barnabas Medical Center in New Jersey
• Educated and trained as a trauma specialist
Jessica Henderson, PA-C
Jessica assists Dr. Lombardi in all cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries, and also performs cosmetic procedures at the office. Jessica Henderson’s expertise includes numerous facial rejuvenation techniques and acne management for patients of all ages.

• Undergraduate degree from Syracuse University, with a dual major in Policy Studies and Biology.
