Founded 20 years ago by Dr. Nasser Ani, Ani Orthopaedic Group provides the modern specialty care you need thanks to its comprehensive, patient-centered care delivered by a team of fellowship-trained, board certified physicians. Along with Dr. Ani, Dr. Darren Freeman, Dr. Maria Caobdevilla-Con, and Dr. Thomas Phipps work closely together with expert staff to coordinate the best care path for each individual patient.
Ani Orthopaedic Group believes that every patient has unique needs and tailors its services to meet the needs of all patients through state of the art technology and customized care plans. The physicians understand that not every injury is alike. Therefore, not every patient will receive exactly the same treatment.

Ani Orthopaedic Group offers comprehensive, multi-disciplinary care. Services include spine surgery, orthopedic surgery, interventional pain management, sports medicine (non-surgical) and physical therapy. The group is partners in the Ambulatory Surgery Center at Old Bridge, allowing the doctors to offer an alternative location for same-day procedures in a small, friendly, patient-centered environment. The support staff at Ani Orthopaedic is friendly and efficient.
The team at Ani knows that your time is valuable, and they make every effort to minimize waiting time to see a doctor. They even allow patients to request appointments, prescription refills and complete all of their paperwork online through a secure website.
Urgent problems will be scheduled at your convenience within 24 hours, and most patients with acute injuries are seen the same day. Appointments for problems of a chronic nature are scheduled within one week. Extended office hours are available to those who cannot come in during the day. The team at Ani Orthopaedic Group understands that you don’t plan an accident; they want to do everything possible to help get you on the road to recovery.
