Through the years, Capital Paint has stayed at the forefront of trends in the constantly changing paint industry, and brought that knowledge to their customers. “We pride ourselves on service and knowledge. Our staff goes to various paint seminars every year, where they learn about the newest products, trends, and ingredients.” As a sole distributor, Capital Paint carries only Benjamin Moore products, their designers that attend the seminars are Benjamin Moore-certified to host workshops that educate customers on the same information that they learn. “Knowledge matters. It’s important to have a knowledgeable staff, and knowledgeable customers. That helps them buy the best available products,” Andrea says.
Capital Paint Centers also has full-time design specialists on staff to assist any customers who are unsure what decorative direction to go in. “We’re excited about offering them, and providing that service instead of having the customer go through another source for them,” she says. It’s just another example of how they go the extra mile for their customers.
This month, the Colts Neck location will open a design center that will showcase all the products that Capital Paint offers, including top brands of blinds like, Hunter-Douglas and Graber, as well as high-end wallpaper and fabrics for window treatments. And no painting job would be complete without stains, varnishes, or various paint sundries, which will also be offered.
