Choosing where to rehabilitate after medical procedures or to leave a loved one in someone  else’s care entails considering many variables. Patients and families are often worried about making sure they select the best medical location possible for these circumstances. Once you  choose Care One, you will find that they ease the stress of this process and make the transition and recovery period as simple and smooth as possible for you.

Care One has been in business for 40 years and has established 29 locations throughout New  Jersey, all of which offer sub-acute rehab, long-term and respite care. Ninety-one percent of  their sub-acute patients resume their prior living situation upon discharge—one of the highest  rates in the country. “When someone has just undergone a joint replacement or needs physical therapy, our specialty is their orthopedic care and rehab in Wall and Jackson . All our centers  have licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists and unlike some other facilities we  always have an RN in the building at all times, not just one on call,” says Samaris Tassinaro,  director of marketing of the Wall and Jackson locations.

The attention that you will receive from Care One is what separates them from other medical  care businesses. “Dropping off a family member for respite care, even if it is only for a weekend or a few days is hard. We provide a program that assists customers step by step. It’s custom- tailored to meet the needs and concerns of the family and the individual patient, so they are comfortable and being catered to. We take the time to understand everyone’s situation,”  Tassinaro says.

In the coming months, the Jackson location will include a brand-new outpatient “brain gym”  clinic that will employ innovative memory-building techniques through activities similar to memory cards and other brain games to help its patients slow the effects of dementia and  improve cognitive function.

By scheduling your orthopedic or respite care at Care One, you can count on receiving  professional service and a comfortable environment during your difficult times.
