Sometimes you hit the wall when it comes to keeping in shape. The same DVD or the regular jogging route no longer inspires you to stay fit. What about a  spin class to shake up your schedule? This is where Hammer House comes in, offering an experience and environment like no other. No matter what your  fitness level Hammer House has something to offer. Their spinning classes, are from basics and beyond, will get you into peak shape in no time.

Hammer House was built on a foundation of energy, determination, and drive. This is reflected in the instructors who work as a team to bring our clients  change, challenge, and fun to their workout.

One feature that makes Hammer House unique is the use of RealRyder® ABF8 indoor cycling bikes in each of the studios. These bikes transform the face of the  traditional exercise bike and takes your workout to a whole new level. Unlike the traditional stationary spinning bike, these bikes allow you to steer, lean, turn and  move side to side - constantly engaging your core muscle groups, upper and lower body to burn more calories and get optimal results. Hammer House’s “rydes”  burn 20% more calories per minute compared to the conventional indoor bikes. It truly redefines the traditional spinning fitness workout and is the closest thing  to actually being on the road.

“It really is a total body workout,” says Hammer House manager Kim Gottlob. “It improves your flexibility, strengthens your core, creates a leaner body. It’s  cutting edge, which is great to bring to people.”

Because RealRyder® is known for its low-impact but high intensity indoor cycling workout, Hammer House clients can attend sessions that are safe on joints and  effective for injury prevention, making it a great fit for any fitness level. They can even reserve their class space and individual bike for one of 30-plus classes  offered every week through the Hammer House Web site.

Whether you’re looking to change your traditional routine, get into the best shape of your life, cross train, or prepare for competitive season, Hammer House will  take you there!
