If you go to one of those big box retailers, you’ll find the average selection of items to accent your home. The choices, however, may leave you frustrated. That’s when you’ll know it’s time to see what Lighting Expo has to offer.

Lighting Expo was founded over a quarter century ago, beginning with a table that the owner himself made out of wood; he then started selling lamps at outside flea markets. In 1984 the business grew to one store in Wayne, on Route 23, with the idea of offering a wide selection of items at fair  prices on an everyday basis – there would be no marking up prices only to offer fake discounts in the future. This philosophy, paired with great customer service, enabled Lighting Expo to grow into one of New Jersey’s largest retailers of lighting and home décor, expanding from one location to  three designer showrooms. Monmouth County is lucky to be home to one of those in Freehold, with 35,000 square feet of space displaying items from more than 200 top manufacturers.

At the heart of Lighting Expo is the idea that customers are able to see the items in person while being guided by a welcoming staff willing to help with the decision-making process. There are many items to choose from…not just lamps! Lighting Expo offers a great selection of ceiling fans,  mirrors, vases, clocks, candle holders, and even some furniture.

While the personal touch is what sets Lighting Expo apart, sometimes life gets too busy, allowing little time to get to a showroom. That is why their website can be easily navigated to help you quickly narrow down your search. But the site won’t make the selection for you; that might be the  hard part. Lighting Expo offers more than 35,000 residential light fixtures and home accents online.

Start your search today – in person or online – for the best selections and values for your home.
