Are you stuck in the fitness rut? Tired of the same old classes and routines? StudioSPIN+ has something different for you. Owner Kimberly Gottlob has created her own unique “cardiofusion” group workouts, designed to get her clients maximum results in minimum time. Spinning is at the heart of cardio, but the classes are fused with much more so that clients can receive a personal, results-orientated workout.
Kimberly calls StudioSPIN+ “simple, fun, and upscale.” Memberships are not required. Clients pay when they want, how they want, and prices range from as little as $5 to $15 per class; they can be purchased from as few as one at a time up to 40. There are 17 different classes available every day from which to choose, ranging from 30 to 75 minutes.
Kimberly and her three instructors each bring their own unique aspect to their classes. They listen to their clients and create classes based on their needs to create a “personal group class.” Kimberly’s relationship with her staff is a huge positive for the business. “I’ve known some [for] many years and I can honestly say they care about and motivate every class,” she says. “I am very lucky. There are no cookie cutter pre-set workouts!”
StudioSPIN+ was born on June 27, 2007. After the passing of her second parent, Kimberly used daily spin classes to aid in her healing process, focusing on enabling people to discover their own inner happiness through exercising. She experienced great results when she put together her favorite spin class with body workouts, and decided she would share it with others in her own way. That is why her studio offers warmth and good energy to all who step inside. It is not a big gym, and it does not try to be.
“You will feel like you came over my house to train,” says Kimberly, who has been teaching and training in the Monmouth County area for more than 10 years. “We treat each person how they want to be treated; we keep it small so that we can do that. We, listen, care, and get them motivated! They can expect to work at their maximum potential every class and be surprised at how much fun they had.” Fun and exercise is a combination certain to get anyone in shape.
