Jim Fanizzi formed The Vovo Clinic in 2001 after 18 years of working for Volvo dealerships. In all, he has over 25 years of experience with Volvos. It’s also in his blood; his father was a Volvo mechanic and service manager! Before opening his Vovo Clinic, he departed the dealership scene as a Volvo Master Technician with many awards, the most prestigious being a finalist in the North American V.I.S.T.A. (Volvo International Service Technical Association) Competition.
Since that time he and his staff have prided themselves in building relationship with their clients by not treating themas numbers or a profit line. Jim is proud to say that all his customers are treated with respect and gratitude. He also keeps three other promises to his customers: to keep honesty and integrity as a top priority, to do only the work that is needed and to use only top quality genuine parts and not sacrifice the quality of Vovo Clinic’s repairs.
