Spring has Sprung!
01/09/2008
Finally, spring has come to Colts Neck! There might be global warming, but it's still a relief not to have "Old Man Winter" around anymore!
In line with the fresh season, we're offering fresh ideas in our Gift Section, as well as lots of special events listed in Around Town for you and your family to enjoy. We're also starting a brand new feature! Ask the Experts is a forum wherein you, the reader, can get valuable information from those in the know. To kick off the column, Dr. Caruso gives his advice on important health issues. We think you'll find this series very informative, and we welcome your input, as always.
Our cover story this month features Richie "Napp" Napoliello, third-generation co-owner of Raceway Park, who shares a wealth of lore about the enterprise. You're sure to enjoy hearing about his childhood experiences and the excitement surrounding the development of this great venue…Vroooooom!
This issue’s People on the Move will introduce you to Bob Zander, Fire Marshal with a mission, and Pam Wood, a special mom whose story will touch your heart. Both of these people have found ways to help those in the community in significant ways.
Our featured home is a beautiful Victorian, belonging to John and Joan Kelly. As always, hear what your neighbors have to say in our Weigh In interviews (what animal best describes you?!), and learn all about the great minor league Lakewood BlueClaws baseball team in our Daytripper column. Baseball season's here, so let's get it off to a great start with our team!
Please remember to send us your questions, suggestions, and even complaints! All are welcome so that we can bring you the best product possible. You can send your e-mails to info@livinginmedia.com.
Enjoy the issue! As always, we hope you’ll continue to let our advertisers know you saw their products and services advertised in Living in Colts Neck.
