Question:
What can you do for someone who needs privacy in a bathroom but does not want to sacrifice the light?
Answer:
I do this all the time for all different kinds of window situations, including sidelights, bedroom windows and bathrooms. I can do any design from contemporary to traditional. One family here in Colts Neck was concerned about having privacy in their bathroom, yet they did not want to block the light with any kind of window treatments like shades or drapery. We have devised a solution by making a beautiful cut glass window out of a various types of clear textured glass which will let in the light and provide privacy.
Question:
We have recently remodeled our kitchen and want something really different for our backsplash. What can you make for us?
Answer:
While in Rome, Italy five years ago, I became very interested in doing mosaic. Instead of using typical materials like ceramic or stone I am using glass. This type of artistry is a very unique approach and can offer a huge colour palette, unlike that of tile or stone. Using this unique approach, "the sky's the limit" design-wise, because it gives me the freedom to design something especially suited to each clients situation and taste. One example is that of a young couple who recently commissioned me to create a backsplash behind their stove. Using mosaic artistry I was able to create their backsplash in the style of one of the Moongates found around the islands in the Bahamas that they had seen and loved while on their honeymoon.
